Thanks to this heater compact structure, it is possible to enclose into it a very high surface density (W/cm²) , that allows to reach operating temperatures of about 600°C in continuous duty cycle. A strength’s point to achieve such results, is the very close resistor wire proximity to the internal sheath walls, granting an optimal heat exchange with the external environment.
This extends the heater’s life (compared to the traditional heaters) and also allows to obtain a remarkable energy saving, high temperatures excellent insulation, thermal and mechanical shocks excellent resistance and possibility of direct control (internal thermocouple version).
