Silicone rubber and heating cables

Silicone, Kapton and P.T.F.E. Heaters

These ultraflat heaters are manufactured by a special chemical etching process called Etched Foil, which allows to create a component of a few hundredths of mm. thickness. Properly insulated in a silicone, Kapton and PTFEcasting, which can take up different shapes, becoming particularly flexible and thus allowing installation on structures of any kind, also thanks to the possibility to enclose a double adhesive film to the heater (except for the PTFE type).

Silicone, PVC and Glass Fibre heating cables

Designed to be extremely flexible, these heating cables are manufactured by wrapping the resistive wire on a core made of high temperature resistant material, insulating the cable assembly by silicone, PVC and Glass Fibre.

The wire can be then protected by an additional braiding consisting of copper (tinned) interlaced wires AISI 304 and Glass Fibre; this is done to increase its sturdiness, making it suitable for use in high risk environments.

Some uses suggested

The silicone rubber Kapton and PTFE heaters and all types of heating cables adapt to multiple uses, some of them in particularly important and demanding sectors, among them:
