GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS:

The Ceramic flat electric resistors, due to their multiple uses, are made of different materials for the external sheath, and with a type of internal insulator, making them suitable for all contact heating applications, for higher operating temperatures, in order to be able to manufacture heaters with various combinations of external sheath and internal insulation.

These combinations allow the heater to express its potentials at the best, based on its application and temperatures required. The raw materials quality used, the experience they are assembled with and the details care, make it absolutely efficient.

The ceramic flat resistor entire production cycle is subject to the strictest dimensional checks and electric tests in compliance with the standards set forth by our own ISO 9001:2015 certified Corporate Quality System, and in full compliance with the CEI/EN requirements in force.

The various operating temperatures require different combinations between type of external sheath and internal insulation, among the ones listed here below:
