GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS:

The Mica flat resistors are made of different materials for the external sheath, and with a type of internal insulator, making them suitable for all the contact heating applications, for standard operating temperatures.

These combinations allow the heater to express its potentials at its best, based on its application support and temperatures required

The raw materials quality used, the experience they are assembled with and detail care, make it absolutely efficient.

The Silicone Rubber, Mylar – Mica, Kapton and PTFE (Politetrafluoroetilene) flat resistors, and all heating cable types adapt to multiple uses, some of them in particularly important and demanding ones, among them:

The flat resistor application methods are based on the type of support on which it will be laid, and temperature to withstand.

This heater typical applications are:

Sterilizers, small flat bottom basins, confectionery industry machines, wood-working machines, wrapping and packaging machines, textile industry machines.

A heater improper use compared to the initial design relieves the manufacturer from any liability.

STANDARD RESISTORS INCLUDED IN THE CATALOGUE

This heaters typology can be manufactured upon client’s specifications and also in standard version, whose we have in stock at warehouse some models, based on power type, voltage, external sheath diameter and finishing type.
